1. The service
Cibus Maps is operated by Skript It Oy. Listings can be incomplete or outdated. Restaurant visits are not verified. Data licences are listed in the source notice; personal-data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Browsing and contributing
Keep your account recovery code private and save it somewhere you control. Anyone with the code may access your account. Recovery without it is not guaranteed.
Signing out, deleting local credentials or uninstalling the App does not delete your server-side account or content. Use withdrawal or account deletion for that.
3. Recommendations and dish names
Recommend things you experienced at the stated restaurant and give the visit month accurately. Do not invent visits, coordinate deceptive recommendations or create multiple accounts to distort support. You can change or withdraw your contribution.
4. Photos and permission to display content
Submit only photos you took or have permission to submit. They must show the restaurant's food or interior and must not expose private information or people without their permission. Describe the restaurant and capture month accurately.
By submitting content, you allow Cibus to process, resize, store and display it as part of the service, using its service providers. You retain ownership. The photo submission acknowledgement records the permission applicable to that upload.
You can withdraw a photo. Public display stops before storage cleanup is necessarily complete. Copies already delivered to others cannot be recalled.
5. Reports and moderation
The operator reviews photos and suggested dish names before publication. Content may be declined, withheld or removed for inaccurate restaurant attribution, suspected manipulation, privacy or rights concerns, or a breach of these terms. Withheld contributions do not appear publicly; removal clears their choices.
Report concerns through the App or contact us below. Reports are reviewed by the operator and do not automatically remove content. You can see your account's moderation outcome and contact us to dispute it.
6. Fair use and sharing
Do not evade access controls or request limits, interfere with the service, submit unlawful content, or misrepresent your relationship with a restaurant. Cibus may restrict access to protect the service and other people. Restrictions on access to the App do not change the independent licences of the underlying open datasets.
Share only content you are entitled to share.
7. Corrections and removal
If an imported listing, Pick or contributed content concerns you, contact us with enough detail to identify it.
8. Availability, changes and consumer rights
Features may change or be withdrawn. These terms do not limit your mandatory rights under applicable law.
